Frequently Asked Questions

How do I become a partner?

Partnering with LevelTen requires a committment to success and quality. We are selective about choosing the right partners - those who provide value to our partnership as well as their clients. We invest time ensuring that our partners are successful and expect that you do the same. If you feel that your business is ready to grow, we are ready to talk.

Visit our partners page to learn more, then fill out the Partnership Inquiry form to begin discussions.

What is SaaS?

Software as a service (or SaaS) is a way of delivering applications over the Internet—as a service. Instead of installing and maintaining software, you simply access it via the Internet, freeing yourself from complex software and hardware management.

Open Enterprise provides an Open Saas model, meaning that it leverages open source software and APIs, but is managed by a team of developers. Unlike pure SaaS (Hubspot, Eloqua, Marketo), our system is not proprietary and offers customers the freedom to host our solution on any platform they choose. And because it is open source, you can leverage a community of over 100k developers and thousands of free modules to extend its functionality.

What is Drupal?

Drupal is a free, open-source web development platform for online content and user communities. Drupal powers some of the busiest sites on the web, and can be adapted to virtually any visual design. Drupal runs over a million sites, including WhiteHouse.gov, World Economic Forum, Stanford University, and Examiner.com.

How does your invoicing work?

Invoicing is broken down into two components: (1) One-time fee for setup (2) Monthly fees for hosting, support and Intelligence API connection. The one-time fee will be required before site setup is started. We accept all major credit cards, or can invoice for payment by check. Monthly fees require that a credit card be kept on file and fees will be deducted automatically on the 1st of each month.
